I can be flexible to fit your team’s schedule. My phased approach allows for minimal initial involvement (if required), and over time, as we build efficiencies, you’ll find more time freed up for other priorities.
3. How do I address resistance to change within our team?
Change can be challenging, I get that. I have successfully overcome team resistance by putting them in the middle and involving them in the process, which results in better collaboration.
4. How will I measure the return on investment (ROI)?
